Annadel Estate Winery guarantees our wines. Your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order for assistance. For the fastest results, contact us here.

Adult Signature Required:
Annadel Estate Winery complies with all federal, state and local laws regarding sale of alcohol to minors. You must be 21 years of age or older to order wine from us, and by law you must ship the wine to a place where an adult signature (21 years old or older with a valid ID) will be there to receive it. A business address is recommended. If no one is available to receive the package, additional attempts to deliver will be made. If these attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to the shipping department it originated from.

We cannot ship alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Due to international shipping restrictions, we do not ship to locations abroad.

Shipping Policy:
We only ship wine during temperate seasons to avoid using packaging that is harmful to the environment. If weather along the delivery route is too hot or cold for shipment we will hold packages until weather permits. This may delay your shipment for a week or more. We do this to preserve the quality of our wines and ensure they arrive to you in the best possible condition.
