For us, sourcing fruit from Gap’s Crown Vineyard is about showcasing one of Sonoma County’s most extraordinary vineyard sites. The Petaluma Gap’s cool coastal winds, fog influence, and extended growing season allow the grapes to ripen slowly, developing vibrant acidity, concentrated flavors, and exceptional balance. These distinctive growing conditions consistently produce Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with elegance, complexity, and a true sense of place. About the 2025 Vintage
The 2025 vintage continues Annadel’s tradition of showcasing the character of this iconic site. The newly bottled Gap’s Crown Chardonnay highlights the vineyard’s natural acidity, refined structure, and layered fruit expression, while the Gap’s Crown Pinot Noir reflects the elegance and depth that have made this vineyard a benchmark for cool-climate Pinot Noir.
